After submitting your inquiry, Donna will contact you to set up a Discovery Call to gather more details of the scope of the design project. Her main goal and priority is ensuring she gets a clear understanding your project wants and needs. The more information given the better.
After a client meeting, an estimate for the scope of the project will be customized. A general guideline for costs and design fees would be:
Full Renovation/ New Build: $35 - $30/ sq ft
Partial Renovation: $29 - $25/ sq ft
Furnishings: $21 - $16/ sq ft
Once the agreed contract is signed, Donna Coleman Design gets wheels in motion for curating your dream home or space. Working hand in in hand with you, your contractor and any other trades to ensure things run smoothly and to plan.
Presentation day is when the real fun begins! Seeing the vision come to life with 3D renderings and design concepts is so exciting for the clients and Donna. During this appointment, client feedback will be gathered for any revision requests.
After changes and revisions are implemented, the client is then presented with final concepts and renderings.
Throughout the construction process, there will be multiple site visits and communication between all involved and ensuring everyone stays updated and informed. We will be a team working together until we cross the finish line of your dream home being complete.
